Species Details

This eyebright is a rare native annual of short grasslands in the White and Dark Peak. There are recent records from Mellor Moor (SJ9887) and Peter Dale (SK1176) in the north, to Long Dale (SK1860), Bonsall Mines (SK2657) and Sydnope Hill (SK2863) in the south. Previously it was also recorded from further south at Ashbourne Green (SK1847) and Atlow rough (SK2247) both in 1969.
