Species Details

Touch-me-not Balsam is a very rare casual annual. There are no recent records and only two previous ones, on a roadside at Matlock Bath (SK2958) in 1969 and in Osmaston Park (SK14) in 1881. It is native to western Britain and was occasionally grown in gardens for ornament.
