Explanation of terms

Species Details

Siberian Iris is a recently established perennial of waste, usually damp and shaded, ground. The sole local record is from Sandhills Lane (SJ9890). It is grown in gardens for ornament, and our record is probably of a garden throw out. It is a native of central Europe.
