Species Details

Groundsel is a very common native annual of cultivated ground and open disturbed places. It is found throughout our area except for the high moors of the Dark Peak. The non-rayed variety Xxvulgaris is the common form, but the rayed form variety Xxhibernicus is also found rarely through our area.
