Species Details

This hybrid violet of Common Dog-violet (XXV. riviniana) and Heath Dog-violet (XXV. canina) is a very rare native perennial. There are only two local recorded sites, Shirley Park (SK24) in 1903 and Mill Dale (SK1455) in 1969 and 1978. It is probably under recorded.
