Species Details

Summer-cypress is a very rare casual annual of rubbish tips and a native of temperate Asia.. Our only record is from a waste dump at Hadfield (SK0296), found by J.Guest in 1989, and thought to be of bird seed origin. Nationally it appears to be extending its range at the current time (Preston XXet al. 2002).
