Species Details

Fern-leaved Beggarticks is a very rare casual annual. The sole local record is from seedlings growing in pavement cracks at New Mills (SK0085) in 1997 (Clements 2001). This native of North America is commonly grown as a garden ornamental particularly in hanging baskets, and was recently identified as a species increasing nationally (Groom,Q in BSBI News no.103).
