Bromus hordeaceus ssp. longipedicallatus
a soft-brome
Species Details
This sub-species of Soft-brome is a native annual of field margins. It was only discovered by L. Spalton at Swadlincote (SK2816) in 2002, but will probably turn up elsewhere once recorders learn how to recognise it, as it has been found in almost every vice-county south of Yorkshire and Lancashire.
