Species Details
Dewberry is a native scrambling shrub of wood edges, hedges, damp woods and thickets. It is occasional in the White Peak (Upperdale SK1772 & the Via Gellia woods SK2756) and on the Magnesian Limestone (Scarcliffe Park SK5070). Elsewhere it is very rare (Rodsley SK24A & Trent Lock SK43V), or virtually absent as in the Dark and South West Peak areas.
